- Q: How long will you visit each time?
A: Each visit will last about 15-20mins.
- Q: Are you licensed, bonded, insured?
A: Yes, we are a LLC and we are insured/bonded.
- Q: What time will you visit each day?
A: The time of each visit depends on each client. We do our best to meet your needs.
- Q: What would you do if you encounter other dogs while walking our dogs (agressive behavior from our dogs or others)?
A: We will get the animal away from the situation and back indoors as quickly as possible.
- Q: Are you comfortable administering medication?
A: We are capable of administering medication, however it is a case by case basis.
- Q: Do you discipline if a dog has an accident in the house? What is your responsiveness to older pets needs?
A: We do not believe that is our job to discipline others animals. It is our job to take care of them, if a sitiuation arises, for example
constant accidents, we would notify the owner and recommend more frequent visits. We also believe in treating all elderly furry companions
the way we would want to be treated when we're older, with patience and understanding.
- Q: How would you handle a pet medical emergency? Pet death? Pet injury?
A: If it is an emergency situation, we would transport the animal and contact the vet first, then the owner if able to be contacted.
In a situation where it's a minor incident (animal pulling hair out, not eating properly, etc.), then we would contact the owner first.
If the owner cannot be contacted, then the minor situation would be monitored and a phone call to the vets would also be in order.
- Q: What is your hurricane (natural disaster) plan?
A: This is a case by case basis. It would depend on whether there was warning of the disaster. Either way, the owners would be contacted
and informed of the situation to see what they would like to be done. Our main goal would be to make sure all the animals are safe.
- Q: Do you have any references?
A: Yes, we have plenty of references. They will be given upon request.
